The 18th volume of the "Bibliothèque de l'Institut d'Études Sud-Est Européennes" gathers eight papers presented at the 12th International Congress of South-East European Studies (Bucharest, September 2-6, 2019), in the frame of the session The Balkans in the Age of New Imperialism and Beyond.
